The Puppy Stage dog subscription provides the following services for those of the age 3 months to 2 years (every service once a month):
Wellness checkup
Vaccination package
Deworming procedures
Spaying/neutering procedures
Training Courses
Monthly nutritional treat package
Microchip Procedures
PRODUCT INFO
This subscription is based for puppies only. All services will be included through this subscription fee with no additional charges
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return and refund policy states if customer cancels subscription, no refund will be returned. Subscription services will be allowed until the month after purchase.
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping of treats and toys through the subscription will be through 3rd party services including FEDEX. Through customer information regarding product shipment will be accessed by customer's shipping address.
